At this moment, the auras of all the hidden experts soared to the sky, overwhelming the eternal past and engulfing the present. Their gazes were like Celestial Swords, so sharp they could cut through anything.
It was a moving sight for all cultivators.
That blurry gate, however, was now becoming even fainter, as if it would disappear soon. However, there was still a bright light within it. It was the thing that attracted all the hidden experts. The aura of Immortality permeated, urging them to enter, making their pores expand and their spirits shine as they were ready to ascend to the next realm.

The hidden experts’ bodies shimmered and glowed as they sacrificed their Sources and pushed their cultivation to terrifying heights, nearing the Immortal Realm. They attempted to control the gate, not allowing it to disappear.
Everyone made their move. As the Immortal Gate solidified once again, the hidden experts unleashed various attacks to break open the doors of the gate.
A horrifying crack finally appeared. Through it, they caught a glimpse of grand ancient city walls protected by incredibly convincing Immortal Guards and Immortal Generals, materialised by Principles.
They even saw Celestial Phoenixes, White Tigers, True Dragons roaming free, and towering ancient Mystic Mountains. The entire world was shining. They even saw the legendary Southern Heavenly Gate!

In the end, the radiance became overwhelmingly dazzling; it was like a sun had exploded. The Immortal Gate was finally blasted open, revealing the magnificent city walls before their eyes, as clouds of smoke and dust rushed in.
However, not long after the gate opened, signs of it closing began to appear. At this stage, none of the hidden experts could endure any longer. They all rushed into it. Along the way, they even started fighting each other to compete for their positions.
Initially, everyone’s goal was to break open the Immortal Gate, but once opened, the remaining hidden experts became their greatest enemies.
A shower of light danced and filled the sky. The large crack, along with the Immortal Path, was filled with radiant and crystalline light. However mesmerising, it was also as terrifying. Each of these beams of light was enough to pierce through Sacred Emperor Realm experts and Quasi-Nirvana Realmexperts, leaving such people with little chance of survival.
By the time they reached this point, it could be said that everyone’s eyes were bloodshot. They keep wanting to approach the gate, to get on the Immortal Path and ascend.
This was their greatest desire throughout eternity. No one could stop them.
“The path is just ahead…” One of the hidden experts enveloped in a colourful glow rushed to the vicinity of the Immortal Gate and couldn’t help but howl upon seeing the scene inside. However, the moment he entered, he saw the things condensed by Principles crumbling, the city walls collapsing, and the Immortal Path breaking apart.
“The Immortal Path is disappearing! Something is wrong! This is weird! The Immortal Path is being separated by a sea of universes!” The hidden expert shouted in agitation. His figure swiftly entered the Immortal Gate and disappeared in an instant. Behind him, many hidden experts also rushed in at an astonishing speed. They had arrived in the blink of an eye as they competed against time out of fear of falling behind.
Dazzling rays of divine light soared into the vast emptiness before a bright light suddenly appeared.
The once-disappeared grand world seemed to faintly reappear, attracting everyone with the power of eternal life. Yet, it felt as if it was separated by a sea of universes.
“This is truly the aura of Immortality. We will become Immortals in this lifetime…” The eyes of all the hidden experts who entered the Immortal Path lit up like brilliant flames, capable of illuminating the ages. They then hurriedly rushed towards their destination.

Outside the Immortal Gate, those hidden experts who failed to enter could only watch with immense unwillingness to resign. Their eyes turned red as the Immortal Gate slowly closed and seemingly forever isolated them from within.
