The next day, light blossomed outside Queen Luna Residence. Immortal Energy surged as Queen Lunar showed up and instructed her servants to prepare a banquet to which she was inviting all the Immortal Kings in the Immortal Domain.
There was a vast cultivation ground inside her residence. It used to be where Queen Lunar cultivated the Great Dao.
Yet, she was now using it as the location for the banquet that all the Immortal Kings were invited to. It looked like a sacred land where Immortal Mist surrounded the divine mountains, islands, and forests.
There was a large forest of Immortal Bamboo on a platform nearby. It had been set up with cushions and a pavilion, ready for the arrival of the Immortal Kings from all over.
Dressed in a flowy robe, Queen Lunar was standing atop a bluestone. Her figure was hazy as Principles encircled her. She looked like the flawless deity of the Moon.
“Time to sit and wait for the arrival of the Immortal Kings…” She stood with her hands behind her back. Her eyes swept across the platform. There was a hint of majesty and peerlessness to her. She looked like a statue carved out of celestial jade.
Queen Lunar was not exactly in a calm state. Even though she was an Immortal King, she never thought she would ever summon all the Immortal Kings to come over and pay their respects.
The other Immortal Kings would have ignored her if it had not been for Gu Changge’s might.
The entire Southern Immortal Domain was rumbling over today’s event. Many were only aware of the invitation Queen Lunar extended to all the Immortal Kings in the various Immortal Domain regions. They did not know why the banquet was being held.
Compared to the other Immortal Domain regions, the Southern Immortal Domain’s overall strength was fairly low. On the surface, they only had two Immortal Kings.
Now that King Bodhi had passed on and his Dao of Buddha was gone, Queen Lunar was the one and only ruler.

The servants outside Queen Luna Residence continued to receive the guests who were all important figures of various Forces. Those who were attending the event today were at least True Daoists, if not stronger.

The servants stationed at the gates of Queen Luna Residence announced the identity of the newcomer.
Many guests finally reacted with shock. It was their first time seeing the Immortal King’s true visage.
The Proud Immortal King, Ao Di, was said to be related to the True Dragon Clan. He governed the Boundless Sea in the Eastern Immortal Domain and had countless Sea Clans under his command, making him a force to be reckoned in the Eastern Immortal Domain.
Meanwhile, a few True Immortals were trailing behind the Proud Immortal King, including some that looked quite young.
“That’s Princess Ao Ling. She’s said to be an outstanding prodigy among her generation in the Eastern Immortal Domain. Apparently, she has the potential to become an Immortal King. I didn’t expect the Proud Immortal King to bring a descendant like her here.”
“I thought he would do as the other Forces have done and send away all of his descendants.”
Many guests spotted the young woman behind the Proud Immortal King. She had a charming air and a pair of small, crystal-like dragon horns.
She had a faint smile on her face. Her light blue celestial dress added to her cheerful aura, which stood in stark contrast to the solemness of everyone else.
However, her Family members guarded her closely. The group maintained their position of being never less than three steps away from the Proud Immortal King.
Many could tell just how important she was to the Ao Family. They would not be protecting her in this manner otherwise.
“Where is Queen Lunar?” Ao Di, the Proud Immortal King, looked like a middle-aged man. However, his dominance was clear without him having to exude it on purpose. The universe seemed to dazzle in his eyes whenever he blinked. There was a trace of anger in his expression as he questioned the servants of Queen Luna.
He, an Immortal King, had come over in person, and yet, Queen Lunar did not come out to greet him at the entrance. Instead, she merely had her servants wait for him. There was not even a True Immortal in sight.
“Please do not be angry, Proud Immortal King.” Just then, a handsome figure dressed in silver armour came over. It was the Quasi-Immortal King Bai Chuan. He cupped his hands in greeting before signalling the Proud Immortal King with his eyes, gesturing for the Immortal King to step aside and join him.
They were clearly old acquaintances who had a fairly good relationship.
“Bai Chuan…” Upon seeing Bai Chuan, the Proud Immortal King nodded his head. His anger dissipated and, ignoring the nervous servants, he followed Bai Chuan to the side.
Many guests were confused by this scene. They had a feeling that something major would happen today.
Bai Chuan had disappeared for many days, only to finally show up today. Prior to this, many thought he had left the Southern Immortal Domain.
“It seems to be just as you said. Queen Lunar is being held captive here.” While the Proud Immortal King and Bai Chuan spoke to each other, the space around them grew hazy. Outsiders could not see them clearly.
As they were communicating through their divine sense, they did not have to worry about being spied on by anyone else present.

“It’s best if you don’t get involved in this. Don’t forget that we’re only here as bystanders to enjoy a good show.” After separating from Bai Chuan, the Proud Immortal King did not head into the depths of the forest with the other guests. Instead, he looked for the young woman in blue who was taking a leisurely stroll by a pool.
She had a faint smile on her face and looked like a lively young woman. One of her fair, jade-like hands rested behind her back. She seemed to be in a great mood.
She was Ao Ling, the genius of the Ao Family that many believed had the potential to become an Immortal King.

“Not at all. If it is truly him, he is not as frightening as the rumours claim. I truly have no idea where the descriptions of the so-called Forbidden Entity that you later generations speak of come from… I met him a few times when my Father was still around. I even admired him in secret. Alas, I was too young then. He probably doesn’t even remember me.” Ao Ling tossed a pebble into the icy pond before her as she spoke with ease and a hint of nonchalance.
However, the information she divulged caused an avalanche in the Proud Immortal King’s heart. All he knew was that the Young Ancestor before him came from a generation so ancient that it was terrifyingly unthinkable. She could be traced back to an era even older than the Forbidden Epoch. She called it the Primordial Mythical Era.
