One after the other, a group of imposing figures appeared in that place, gazing coldly from above as if they had stood there since the dawn of time.

The world could barely withstand the might of their combined auras. Their gazes alone felt like a terrifying blood moon that hung high in the sky with no trace of emotion.

Rumble The entire universe quaked as the indomitable might of the Immortal Kings swept across the Southern Immortal Domain. Once fully unleashed, it could easily overturn the entire region.

The commotion was too much. The action of a single Immortal King was something major enough to shake the entire universe. Yet, the auras of numerous Immortal Kings were erupting right now.

Even the most ordinary of living beings and cultivators did not have to think to know that something monumental was happening.

All the guests inside Queen Luna Residence were staring in shock.

The might of Immortal Kings erupted as if it was about to overwhelm the entire universe.

Even more silhouettes of Immortal Kings loomed in the distance, but it was not their True Bodies. They had used some other means of descending upon this place. Nevertheless, they were just as powerful as ever.

Even the Immortal Kings inside Queen Luna Residence could not discern who those silhouettes belonged to.

“They’ve gone mad! Do they not fear the repercussions of their actions!?” Inside the Immortal Bamboo Forest, an ancient True Immortal spoke up. His voice shook in terror.

On this very day, the day of the banquet, those Immortal Kings were gathering and exerting their auras. What were they planning to do? Were they trying to strike against that being in this residence?

Their actions were beyond daring. They were dragging the entire Immortal Domain down with them.

The Proud Immortal King and the Mysterious Ancient Immortal King from the Eastern Immortal Domain also had grave expressions as they stared in that direction in silence.

Earlier on, upon arriving in the Southern Immortal Domain, they had swiftly reined in their auras. Had they exerted their auras like these offenders, all the other cultivators who were not their peers would not be able to get this close to them.

They had done so as a sign of respect. They did not wish to overstep their boundaries.

However, the auras of these Immortal Kings were as domineering as they could possibly be. They had instantly unleashed their Dharma Bodies upon their arrival in the Southern Immortal Domain.

Was this a provocation? Were they about to attack that being?

“Even though they did not come over in their True Bodies, regardless of how this battle turns out, the Immortal Domain will be undergoing a massive upheaval. Aren’t they afraid of the reckoning that will be upon them after this?” the Proud Immortal King remarked with narrowed eyes.

He had deduced the situation behind those Dharma Bodies through Ao Ling’s words earlier.

These were Dharma Bodies of Faith formed through some kind of mysterious Forbidden Artifact. They were just as powerful as Immortal Kings.

However, it was incredibly difficult to form these Dharma Bodies of Faith. The formation of a single one came at a heavy cost.

Due to the chaos of the auras, it was hard to determine which one or multiple Immortal Kings formed these Dharma Bodies of Faith.

“My, my. How daring of the Central Immortal Domain. Even at a time like this, they’re still trying to test waters.” The Immortal King from the Forbidden Area who gave off an aura of decline could not resist smirking. He looked like he was revelling in the misfortune of others.

His words made the others believe that these Dharma Bodies were the doing of the Central Immortal Domain. After all, apart from those from the Central Immortal Domain, all the other known Immortal Kings were in attendance today, so it could not have been the work of any of them.

Though the other guests inside Queen Luna Residence were separated from the Immortal Kings, they could still hear their conversations.

Many began to suspect the Central Immortal Domain too. They felt as if the Central Immortal Domain wanted to drag all the Immortal Domains down with them.

[Are they not afraid of the reckoning in store for them for doing such a thing? Or, do they truly possess the power to go against that being?]

“The situation here in the Immortal Domain is getting more and more interesting.” Ao Ling did not seem to care about the severity of the situation. She merely giggled, showing off her white teeth.

She seemed to have deduced the reasoning behind this situation and her eyes gleamed with intrigue.

“They must have a death wish.” At last, Queen Lunar finally made an appearance. She stood in the depths of the void with her robe dancing in the air. Her eyes were cold and piercing. She never thought that someone would have the nerve to try and test waters on a day such as this.

This could not be described as mere foolishness. It was an act of courting death.

Deep inside the Immortal Bamboo Forest, Gu Changge slowly rose from his seat.

The fragments of Dao that circled him vanished, and he seemed to turn back into an ordinary human.

Even if an Immortal King stood before him now, the former would instinctively assume that he was a mere mortal. There was no trace of Dao or Principles on him.

However, if someone were to close their eyes and rely solely on their other senses, they would realise that they were standing before a vast and endless abyss that threatened to swallow everything at any given moment.

“It never occurred to me that there are still people who do not fear death at a time like this.” Gu Changge looked towards the edge of the universe without doing anything.

The silhouettes of five Immortal Kings emerged. Though it was not their True Bodies, their auras alone proved that they were no weaker than ordinary Immortal Kings.

As they stood together at the edge of the universe, the world seemed to buckle under the pressure.

Naturally, Gu Changge could tell that the silhouettes were only Dharma Bodies. Their True Bodies had not made an appearance, which surprised him a little.

He did not think that anyone in the Immortal Domain would have the nerve to stand against him. He now realised that he somewhat underestimated the powers that existed in the Immortal Domain.

“Who are those Immortal Kings, Changge?” Startled, Sky Deer Goddess, who was standing beside Gu Changge, could not resist asking.

“Remnants of a bygone era.” Gu Changge chuckled faintly before giving his response, but it only made her even more confused.

As soon as Gu Changge spoke, a torrential storm suddenly appeared on the edge of the Southern Immortal Domain.

An ancient and tattered banner rose up there. It was shrouded by Chaos Qi that poured out in waves to cover all of existence.

The five terrifying figures stood evenly separated as they stared coldly in the direction of Queen Luna Residence, looking ancient and undefeatable.

Whoosh Someone had brought out the ancient banner that waved in the air, stirring up an endless barrage of bloodied wind.

Everyone seemed to hear the sounds of battle. Even the sky trembled as the ancient, tattered, and bloodied banner unfurled.

In the hazy void, the voice of an Immortal King seemed to echo. it sounded like a decree that could not be disobeyed!

As the low sounds rang out, all the living beings who had died seemed to revive in the void. Their blood and bones merged once more, bringing them back to this world.

Everyone watched as a terrifying army of massive numbers was summoned into existence. Weapons, armour, and even silhouettes sitting on ancient beasts appeared in the sky.

“Are these the Ancient Heroes who once roamed this world? Or, are they an army who once fell here?” Everyone in Queen Luna Residence was thunderstruck. Even the Immortal Kings were staring fixedly at the waving banner.

Such dauntless power!

Just a banner alone was enough to bring back living beings from the dead. It was an act that went against the rules of Heaven!

The Mysterious Ancient Immortal King’s eyes were wide with disbelief as he said, “Could it be… that’s the Eight Boundary Banner of the Immortal Domain that the Immortal Palace used. It was used to command the Immortal Domain before the Forbidden Epoch?”

The Eight Boundary Banner of the Immortal Domain were profound and possessed immeasurable power. It was said that they could command all Forces of the world.

They were once held by the eight Star Kings of the Immortal Palace who oversaw their Immortal Army.

However, the banner had been lost in time. No one had ever seen them. No one even knew if they ever truly existed. They had long since become a thing of legend.
