Nothing was heard from Qing Feng who had left for the Nine Heavens either.
Cen Shuang could not help but suspect that Gu Changge might have harmed Qing Feng.

“What…” The Master Elder chuckled bitterly.
After thinking about it, everything seemed to make sense.
“Greetings, sir…” Meanwhile, Ao Teng and Ao Ling reacted more naturally. They simply addressed Gu Changge as ‘sir’.
After all, back in their era, everyone addressed him with great respect.
Even though Ming had never seen Gu Changge before, Ao Teng and Ao Ling had filled him in on a lot of the things that occurred after the Great War Against Heaven. Therefore, he respected Gu Changge who had once protected Mountains and Oceans True World.
“Greetings, sir.” Ming cupped his hands lightly as a show of respect.
The Gu Family’s Founding Ancestor visibly exhaled in relief when Gu Changge appeared. He had been worried that Gu Changge had completely abandoned Mountains and Oceans True World.
“You’re finally here.” the Founding Ancestor said.
He did not ask where Gu Changge had been all this while.
Gu Changge nodded slightly as his eyes swept across the crowd. His gaze rested the longest on Ming and the Master Elder.
Right now, there were probably three Dao Realm ancient cultivators in Mountains and Oceans True World, including the Gu Family’s Founding Ancestor.
Ming had touched the threshold of the Dao Realm, though he had not overcome the First Decay Tribulation.
Meanwhile, Wang Xiaoniu’s Master, was in the Quasi-Dao Realm.

“You said that you wish the world to unite once more?” The Gu Family’s Founding Ancestor did not waste any time. He immediately got straight to the point and asked Gu Changge what he meant earlier. Compared to everyone else, he would much rather listen to Gu Changge.

But now, the Demon Lord had agreed to fully support his growth.
It felt a little surreal to Ni Chen, but mostly, he found the situation rather amusing.
He wondered what Gu Changge and the others would think when they realised the truth. In the end, the Mountains and Oceans True World would simply be his tool to revive his Clan.
“I won’t let any of you down. I will do my best to take on the Great Purge.” Ni Chen put his thoughts away and cupped his head as he made a solemn declaration.

The many universes and ancient worlds in the Mountains and Oceans True World would be welcoming of a new unified front.

Gu Changge was dressed in a dark robe with a crown on his head. His eyes were calm and deep as he stood quietly before the grand palace.
The sky was filled with light that hid stretches of the universe. It was as if a pair of invisible hands were gathering all the universes together.
This was the unimaginable terrifying Power of Will. World Principles were chorusing in unison. The world was blazing. Even the stars were gleaming brightly with unending light.
“On this day, the Heavenslayers Alliance has been established!” Gu Changge spoke calmly. Though his voice was not loud, it seemed to echo across the world and reach the ears of every living being.
Deep in the void, there was the sudden rumbling of terrifying lightning that seemed to want to pierce through the world.
Heaven seemed to have been angered. Rifts and cracks began to form on the edges which were collapsing.
Over in an unknown place somewhere out there, an immeasurably terrifying existence turned its attention onto this world.
In an instant, every being seemed to sense a gaze upon them. This gaze seemed to have cut through the past, present, and future to arrive here.
It was clear that the owner of the gaze was even more terrifying. It was far beyond the depths of the world. It came from the other side of the collapsed world.
What was that?
Not a single living being could describe it. The moment they felt the pairs of eyes on them, it was as if they had lost their Souls and were frozen stuck.
Even the Immortal Kings felt the same way. It was as if time and space had both come to an end!
In that instance, only those in the Dao Realm seemed to be able to break free from the restraints. Everyone else was rooted to the spot.
