At a time when Razequa Amamiya was moving as a nation to establish a public education system, Crown was seeking to establish another educational institution.

To simply put, it was to establish a vocational training school.

In fact, setting this up would not be as difficult as the school that Razequa Amamiya was building. After all, the guild that Crown was based on had a system for training rookies.

The training policy was a system in which those at the top rankings would teach rookies.

For crafts, there was already a master-apprentice system. They just needed a way to introduce keen apprentices to masters who were looking for apprentices.

Basically, part of this education system had already been implemented in public guilds. It was just, there were no public guilds in the town of Amamiya Tower. Therefore, Crown was requested by Razequa Amamiya to take on this part.

The vocational training school was an expanded version of what was already there. Even though the original program was for a few people, it was not too difficult to explain because there is a similar system already in place.

If they wanted to, they could have it established with only a few years of preparation.

The reason it took so long was because Razequa Amamiya was waiting for the establishment of the school first.

This was because Razequa Amamiya did not want to neglect public education by establishing a vocational school first.

Unfortunately, public education was almost meaningless, at least at the start, since it was likely to be limited to the aristocracy.

The public education system in Razequa Amamiya had finally reached the stage of its unveiling. On this day, members of Crown gathered at the Administration Floor to discuss the vocational training school system.

It was the first time in a long time that the main members of Crown had gathered on this floor.

Wahid and the other managers have been traveling around the world for the past few years, leaving the practical work completely to the department heads.

This was, of course, to investigate whether there was room for Crown to connect with other continents.

Although branches have been established in the capitals of several countries, including Summit Kingdom, the process was not going smoothly.

The reason was simple: every country that approached Crown wanted them  to move their main branch to their country.

There were of course those who were reluctant to establish branches because of the conditions that it would impose on them. The condition being they had to be in line with the country where the Main Branch was located.

There was also the problem of dealing with the public guilds that already exist. There was the fear that Crown, which was considered to be the most powerful guild, would move in and dry up their business.

To finalize such information and conditions, the managers were moving around the world.

It had been several months since Kousuke had seen Wahid.

“Wahid, it’s been a while. How are you feeling?”

Wahid looked at Kousuke with a smile.

“Thank you for your concern. I am not so frail as to fall ill so easily, so don’t worry.”

“That’s good. We don’t really have to force our way to expand too much, right? For now, we just need to focus on the Central Continent.”

Hearing Kousuke say this with concern, the others laugh.

Since Razequa Amamiya was now connected with the northern city, a transfer gate had already been established there.

In the Central Continent, it was safe to say that Crown had already extended its reach to almost all the cities within the continent.

Furthermore, over the past decade, outside the towns and villages that used to be part of the northern city, adventurers of a certain rank were now considered to be ‘stragglers’ if they did not go under Crown.

When Crown was first established, some adventurers showed aversion to it. However, it wasn’t long before the would be adventurers realized that Crown had earned the trust of the residents.

Over the past ten years, the number of Engraving Devices has increased.

The current version of the Engraving Device has undergone continuous improvement, and could be activated by simply replenishing it with magic power. It has been judged to have no operational problems, and a certain number of them have been created.

The use of Divine Power for status and communication functions had not changed.

Nowadays, towns of a certain size have been equipped with Divine Engraving Devices.

The fact that they no longer had to travel all the way to Amamiya Tower to create Crown Cards was another reason for the increase in the number of adventurers joining.

Of course, the machines were strictly controlled to prevent theft or on-the-spot analysis.

However, they have been very difficult to analyze in the first place, since the key parts for its main functions were still powered by Divine Power.

In fact, even in the past decade, no other organization or nation had succeeded in creating a magical device capable of displaying status other than Crown.

To be precise, the Divine Engraving Device was not a ‘magic’ tool. However, all tools that use either Magic or Divine Power were mostly generalized as Magic Tools. It was regardless if one understood how they work..

“So, it’s time to start talking about Training School.”

Kousuke and his group simply called the facility used for training in Crown as Training School.

Kousuke first called it ‘Training School’ because it was a hassle for him to think of other terms to call it. Over time, this had taken root with everyone.

It was not a mistake because it was certainly a place for actual training in Crown.

No one bothered changing the name, so it remained as it was.

“Okay.”

“Well, even though this is a meeting, we are simply going to proceed with what we agreed upon before, so I don’t have anything new to report today.”

Wahid said with a slight chuckle.

Training School had been discussed many times before, and all that was left was to wait for its establishment.

The reason they gathered today was that they wanted to see everyone’s faces for the first time in a while.

However, another reason for holding the meeting today was because of Wahid.

“I only heard what Kousuke has told me, and I would like you to explain it to me here if possible.”

“Of course, Your Majesty the Queen.”

Today, Floria and Alec had joined the usual members.

Even though Crown was an independent organization, it was still necessary to explain, to some extent, to the ruling body about their operations as long as people and money were involved.

If the Training School was to be established as a branch of the Summit Kingdom, the royal family of the Summit Kingdom would have been briefed.

Even though there was a connection with Kousuke between the two organisations, such a project could not be started without any explanation. It was always necessary to lay the groundwork for everything.

After receiving a full explanation from Wahid and the others, Floria nodded.

“In short, you want to gather people who want to be in a certain position or occupation and give them some kind of initial training, is that correct?”

Floria, who had worked hard to establish public education as the Queen, was quick to understand.

“That’s the plan.”

“I see… Hey Kousuke, why didn’t you leave this to the state schools?”

The Queen could understand if they did this in the school they built in Razequa Amamiya, but she did not understand why they had to build something in Crown.

“Well, simply because they will be teaching different things altogether.”

To Kousuke, there was a clear distinction between a Training School and a normal school. However, Floria, who only thinks about education as a whole, did not understand.

“Is that so?”

“Yes, it is. Besides, the state school is currently focused on nobility, and they use it mostly to socialize, correct? Do you think adventurers, for example, bother with such things?”

As one became a high-ranking adventurer, they would naturally have more contact with nobility. However, only a handful of them reach that point.

The Training School at Crown was not designed for those people.

Of course, they would teach simple reading, writing, and arithmetic, but it was not their main purpose.

“Hmmm, I see, so that’s how it is.”

Hearing Kousuke’s explanation, Floria understood that their roles were entirely different.

“Well, I think we’ll eventually see what Crown can accomplish. We can create something like a knight training school and others as well…”

Surprisingly, there was not even such a thing as a knight training school in this world.

Like magic, such skills were basically taught from parent to child or from master to apprentice. In regards to knights and soldiers, when they reach a certain age, they would become trainee soldiers, where they were taught how to act as an organization.

Kousuke’s proposal was to create specialized courses for civilian and military personnel in different schools.

As Floria listened to him, her expression was completely like that of a Queen.

She did remember Kousuke making such a proposal before, but she either did not understand it or had missed it.

Perhaps it was now easier to imagine what a school was because it had already taken shape to some extent.

[At the rate where this is going, a Knight School may be established soon.] Kousuke thought after seeing how easy it was for everyone to understand what was being talked about.
