The implication of a new Royal Lord appearing was apparent. There might be more hidden behind the scenes, yet to make an appearance. Worse of all, it was still a mystery as to how a Royal Lord was produced so quickly.

“Are you certain that the other Mos can’t sacrifice something to speed up the creation of another Royal Lord?” Yang Xu speculated.

“Absolutely not. If it were so easy to create a Royal Lord, the Holy One would have been able to escape the Primordial Heavens Source Grand Restriction from its very inception. Creating a Royal Lord is equivalent to cutting off part of his cultivation. He can always recultivate it back, but it takes time. The only possibility is…” Mo Na Ye spoke with a voice that became graver by the second. “Unless the Holy One has a supply of Elements that he can consume…”

“Wait! But our world is safe. It’s impossible for them to have…” Yang Ji abruptly cut in, thinking it was an impossibility.

However, Yang Xu corrected him with an anxious voice, “No Brother. It might really be possible. Just, not our world… but another world…”

“Ah!” Yang Ji exclaimed in pure astonishment. The possibility had been in his face the whole time. In the future, their Father did say that he would be leaving to explore more worlds to keep his word of saving a friend?

Currently, construction of the ship that their Father and Mothers were going to board was already underway. They spared no expense to get the best available materials for it, due to the predicted long voyage. It was already enough proof that there were worlds outside of what they knew, outside of the 3,000 Worlds.

What they remained unaware of was that this dark desolate space had connections to other worlds.

“But these are all just speculations. Still, I hope that isn’t the case…” Mo Na Ye said as he did not need the twins to get worried over this. In any case, they should not be the ones dealing with the Royal Lords – he should be the one to deal with them. Still, as the only Royal Lord on this side, he swore that he would make sure they were kept safe from harm.

Soon, out on the horizon, they could see a massive army marching ahead, about to clash with another. The army closest to them was definitely made up of repulsive creatures. Most were insect-like, with a few gigantic ones which reminded them of the first monster they had encountered.

As for the other side, they were more familiar. Though they might not be considered beautiful by Human standards, they certainly looked more Human-like. They also had more proper formations, unlike the other size, which were sporadic with their placements.

The contrast of the two sides was so stark, Yang Ji and Yang Xu need not even think to know which side they were on.

Like a hive mind, the moment Yang Ji and Yang Xu could sense them, the enemy army also seemed to have sensed them. Instantly, without even caring about the army in front of them, they turned around.

Sensing so many eyes suddenly turning towards them, the twins felt their scalp go numb. Worst of all, all these eyes were lifeless, as though they were void of emotions. They simply stared at them, as though their target had finally been found.

Seeing this for the first time himself, Mo Na Ye frowned. He could feel something ominous was happening. In the next instant, he had received news from the Small Black Ink Nest that the other frontline was being pushed.

Suddenly, the ground trembled. Mo Na Ye could sense the power swirling beneath him!

[Damn it!] He cursed in his heart, but knew that nothing could be done. After all, he was here.

*Boom!* A wall explosively rose up, cutting them off from their path back. It stood erect between them and the enemy army. It was unlike anything Yang Xu and Yang Ji had seen before. In fact, it was a mountain, so tall and wide that it stood like a wall even if they were kilometres aways.

Then, it happened. The walls developed slits, which opened up to show millions of eyes. Like the army before, these eyes were lifeless as they looked around before landing on their target.

The sense of disgust and oppression from these eyes was worse than the army earlier. If one stared too deeply into them, it would feel as if their Souls would get sucked in, trapped in the torment of desolate eternity.

At this point, Mo Na Ye had to stop, lest he get too close to it. Even he felt his body turn heavy at the sight of these eyes.

He wanted to speak, to warn the twins. However, he was not even given the chance to breathe. The next instant, arms upon arms formed from below and in front of them. It was grotesque, as even fingers could grow out arms if not eyes. They stacked upon each other, reaching out towards the twins as though trying to claim their prize.

However, how could Mo Na Ye possibly let it approach them? He immediately flew up with the twin in tow. With a mountain this large, he did not know how high he needed to fly, but he knew they would get caught if he did nothing.

Obviously, retreating back was not an option. If anything, that seemed to be what the enemy wanted. Predictably, the only option for him was up and to the sides.

At this point, even if afraid, Yang Ji could not remain idle. With so many arms coming towards them, he took out multiple Crystals in one go, all in the Sixth-Order this time. As for Yang Xu, as though reacting to what he was doing, took out another Array Plate and more Crystals.

Yang Ji was the first to fire. With a clench of his right fist, the Crystals, all initially floating in mid-air, suddenly disappeared. Then, he released his fist, and multiple ripples appeared around them, which was followed by thousands of beams that shot out.

The breams, even if inaccurate, would always find something to strike. This was not due to Yang Ji but rather Yang Xu. If her Brother missed, Yang Xu would manipulate the Space Principles surrounding the beam to redirect it to a target.

In fact, even if the beams sliced through an arm, Yang Xu would redirect it back to hit another arm. She would continue maintaining this until areas where her Divine Sense could no longer reach.

With this bombardment, the sky was like a fireshow, with breams spreading and soon criss-crossing one another, bouncing off invisible walls – back and forth.

If Mo Na Ye had not been solely focused on escaping, even he would have stared at the scene in wonder.

Like knife cutting through butter, everywhere the beam passed, an arm or two would fall, down into the darkness below.

The millions of eyes were simultaneously forced to wince from the Purifying Light. And by the time they fully opened back up, the swarms of arms that were supposed to be flooding towards the twins seemed to have stopped.

It was not that they were no longer growing, but rather Yang Xu had basically manipulated the beams to eventually form flat screens that prevented them from further proceeding!
