Once combined, these Elite Monsters, Flying Earth Demon, instantly upgraded to be Bronze Boss Demon Knights, with their Attributes skyrocketing far beyond those of the Demon Patrols.
At the same time, all the Demon Hunters on the Demon Knights carried short bows, clearly capable of Ranged Attacks.
Besides these two types of Monsters, surrounded by Two-Headed Ogres, there was another Monster with an extremely ugly appearance. It was like a beastman, riding a Mount that looked very much like an Earth Dragon. It carried no weapons, but had two huge animal skin drums.
The war drum sound from earlier had come from this beastman.

The flames of Great Cataclysm scorched all the shielded Monsters, but the shields’ defence was impressive. Combined with the War Drummer constantly refreshing the Skill, the Two-Headed Ogres actually managed to withstand Great Cataclysm!
Lu Fan was naturally frustrated at the sight of this, as this was the first time Great Cataclysm had failed to clear out a large swarm of Monsters.
Although Lu Fan believed that the War Drummer could not keep refreshing shields for all Monsters indefinitely, and that the shields would eventually be broken by Great Cataclysm, Lu Fan wanted to gain points and Experience Points quickly.
