Moreover, while Chain Lightning was only a single attack when dealing with a single person, Leaping Thunder could continuously jump between Bao Bao and the enemy, increasing in damage each jump!
Thus, this Skill could also be seen as a multi-hit Single Target Skill. No matter what, all eight jumps would definitely be completed, maximizing the Damage Output.
